*Summary*

As a Travel RN in Med Surg Tele, you will be integral to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment. Reporting to the nursing supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in patient assessment, IV insertion, and catheterization to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your BLS and ACLS certifications will be essential in managing critical situations effectively. With premium experience in Epic and Cerner systems, along with relevant skills in travel nursing and inpatient care, you will contribute significantly to our healthcare team while enjoying the flexibility of travel assignments.

*Responsibilities*
* Provide comprehensive patient care in a medical-surgical telemetry setting, including patient assessment and monitoring vital signs.
* Administer medications and IV therapies, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and documentation.
* Assist with catheterization, tube feeding, and other nursing procedures as required.
* Ensure compliance with BLS and ACLS standards during patient interventions.
