Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced UI / UX designer with front-end development experience to join our team. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing designs for custom web and mobile products for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project manager, engineers, and marketers to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet client requirements. This role is open for NJ-based candidates that can work on hybrid-basis or remote candidates based in the USA. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field. 3-5 years of professional mobile and web UI / UX design experience working with software product or consulting companies. Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and projects. Experience with front-end development languages such as Angular and Bootstrap will be a plus. Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience creating custom graphics and icons specific to business requirements. Must be a creative designer that can transform software requirements into intuitive user experiences. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently or in a small team environment with minimal supervision Experience with WordPress development, a plus but not required Responsibilities: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. Create custom icons specific to client’s business requirements and digital products. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet client requirements. Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, and incorporate them into your designs. Communicate design concepts and decisions to client stakeholders and team members.1 This is a direct-hire hybrid position available for both full-time and part-time candidates. Position offers $60,000 - $75,000 salary or $35-40/hr rate based on experience level and additional benefits. Position requires authorization to work in the USA. We are unable to sponsor work visas.
