The Opportunity:
We’re seeking experienced RNs or LPNs to join an exclusive care team supporting a young adult with complex medical needs. This is a chance to provide meaningful, one-on-one care—and build a connection that goes way beyond the chart.
Shifts Available:
Weekdays: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM
Weekends: Saturday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Overnights: Thursday, Friday, & Sunday, 8:00 PM–8:00 AM
Bonus: You'll be part of a super care team— Your presence really matters here!
Clinical Experience You’ll Use:
GJ tube care
Seizure management
Medication administration
Monitoring and documentation
Providing compassionate, consistent support

️ What You’ll Need:
Active RN or LPN license in Florida
CPR certification
Experience with G-tubes and/or seizure management is a plus
A heart for pediatric or young adult homecare
Must pass background screening

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Nurse, you will create meaningful one on one relationships with your patients, develop more autonomy and confidence with your skills, and follow the plan of care that is carefully created for each patient.

New Grad Training:
At Family First, we are proud to support newly graduated nurses as they embark on their homecare careers. That's why we offer our exclusive Preceptor Program, a cutting-edge model of preceptorship/mentorship that allows our new nurses to develop their critical care skills and become comfortable with g-tubes, trachs, and ventilators. This program is designed to meet the unique needs for our homecare nurses, ensuring their success with patients and the delivery of the highest quality care. Additionally, we provide top-notch clinical training and continuing education programs that are tailored to your specific experience and skill level.
Requirements:
Licensed as a LPN or RN
CPR required
Clear background screening
Ability to read and communicate in English
