Associate Veterinarian – NVC Nasa (Webster, TX) At Neighborhood Veterinary Centers (NVC Nasa), we have proudly served the Webster community for 19 years with compassionate, gold-standard medicine. We are a family-owned, community-driven practice where doctors, technicians, and support staff truly work as a team to provide exceptional care for pets and the people who love them. We are seeking a collaborative Associate Veterinarian to join our one-doctor practice and grow with us. What It’s Like to Work Here Culture: We treat one another like family. Our team is supportive, drama-free, and focused on working together to provide outstanding patient and client care. Teamwork: Doctors and staff collaborate on cases daily, supported by leadership involvement and skilled technicians (1:2 doctor-to-tech ratio; 1:3 on surgery days). Support: Leadership is engaged, and technology helps us stay efficient — including AI-assisted note-taking with Scribenote. Balance: We respect protected lunch hours (12:00–1:30 pm) and ensure time to catch up on notes and follow-ups. Your Day & Schedule Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 am–5:00 pm; Saturdays 8:00 am–12:00 pm (doctors rotate one Saturday/month). Appointments: 30-minute standard appointments with the option for drop-off cases. Case Mix: Wellness, dentistry, surgeries, and urgent-care cases. Team Approach: We plan ahead for surgeries and drop-off cases to keep the day smooth, and our doctors and staff communicate openly so no one ever feels like they’re on an island.
