About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP Ethics & Compliance Officer to lead the development and management of its ethics and compliance programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, with a particular focus on those related to the healthcare industry. This role involves overseeing and reporting on compliance activities, leading a team that includes a Special Investigations Unit and Performance Measurement and Reporting, and maintaining effective systems for raising and addressing compliance concerns. The VP will also be accountable for interactions with external regulatory agencies and the Board, and must foster a culture of compliance and ethical conduct throughout the organization. Applicants for the VP Ethics & Compliance Officer position at the company should have a strong background in healthcare laws and regulations, particularly those related to fraud, waste, and abuse. A Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal background is strongly preferred, along with a Master's degree in a relevant field.
