About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Global Security Operations Center. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and managing a true global 24/7/365 SOC, with a focus on improvement, optimization, and automation. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a dedicated SOC, including at least 5 years in a leadership position. The VP will be responsible for global SOC management, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in documentation, process enhancement, and the implementation of KPIs and success metrics. Expertise in security incident handling processes, tools, and technologies, particularly with an emphasis on automation, is essential. The role also demands a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and attack methodologies, as well as strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Candidates for the Vice President position at the company's Global Security Operations Center should ideally hold certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, GCIH, GCIA, or GSOC, and experience with SOAR platforms is a plus. The role is 100% focused on security operations and the daily responsibilities will be entirely dedicated to global SOC management.
