The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the creation and enhancement of clinical and non-clinical programs to meet the needs of complex behavioral health, medical, and social populations. This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented approach, from understanding market and patient needs to developing and launching new programs. The VP will work closely with the leadership team to design and refine programs, identify new opportunities, and ensure the successful delivery of services. Key responsibilities include partnering with various teams to create a best-in-class experience, identifying and closing care gaps, and supporting the continuous improvement of programs based on feedback and performance.
