About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Clinical Program Design and Member/Patient Experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the creation and enhancement of clinical and non-clinical programs to meet the needs of complex behavioral health, medical, and social populations. This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented approach, from understanding market and patient needs to developing and launching new programs. The VP will work closely with the leadership team to design and refine programs, identify new opportunities, and ensure the successful delivery of services. Key responsibilities include partnering with various teams to create a best-in-class experience, identifying and closing care gaps, and supporting the continuous improvement of programs based on feedback and performance. Applicants for the VP position at the company should have a Master's degree in a public health-related field, with a preference for additional clinical qualifications and at least 10 years of experience in the behavioral health field, including program design and delivery. The role demands a thorough knowledge of healthcare and managed care administration, as well as experience in population health management strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and implementing programs with demonstrated outcomes, experience in training distributed teams, and the ability to manage a direct team. Strong analytical skills, the ability to operate in a dynamic environment, and exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential. The VP will also be expected to have a deep understanding of the business and its programs and to serve as a clinical subject matter expert in the continuous improvement of the company's services.
