Job Summary/Company :
Sparks Group has partnered with a nationwide retailer to identify a warehouse administrative assistant to join a new distribution center in Charlotte. This is a contract to hire opportunity that will eventually become permanent. Well qualified candidates will have over a year experience in an administrative capacity with a strong Excel proficiency.
Responsibilities:

• Assist the DC Manager with various daily tasks
• Operate a handheld scanner
• Send and respond to email
• Run daily reports and downloading them into excel
• Format and create summarized excel data files
• Print product picking sheets and assigning them to warehouse associates
• Correct ecommerce orders
• Assist with inventory control and conducting various type of research and cycle counts
• Print carrier shipping labels
• Assist with order picking, packing, product receiving
• Use material handling equipment, (pallet jacks, pick-carts, dollies)

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years administrative experience
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, use a ladder, and move about the facility, bending, stooping, standing for extending periods of time
