About the Role: As a Waterproofing Estimator, you will be instrumental in the success of our projects. You’ll leverage your expertise in the industrial and construction waterproofing industry to accurately estimate the cost and scope of projects, ensuring optimal project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Analysis: Collaborate with clients and project managers to thoroughly understand project requirements and objectives.
• Technical Proficiency: Analyze complex project drawings, specifications, and documentation to define the scope of work.
• Cost Estimation: Develop detailed estimates, including material quantities, labor costs, and project timelines, utilizing industry-standard software and tools.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify cost-effective materials and subcontractors.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Client Presentations: Present comprehensive estimates to clients, addressing questions and concerns.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in waterproofing estimation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:

• Primarily office-based
• Occasional site visits may be required
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
