In this role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, ensuring that our wood products meet the highest quality standards.

• Set up and operate wood moulding machines to produce high-quality wood products.
• Perform machine setups for production runs, ensuring efficiency and precision.
• Utilize shop math skills to calculate measurements and dimensions accurately.
• Operate additional equipment such as Rip Saw, Overhead Sander, and Shaper as needed.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Proven experience in woodworking and operating wood moulding machines.
• Strong skills in machine setups for production runs.
• Proficient in shop math and measurements.
• Experience with Rip Saw, Overhead Sander, and Shapers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
