We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a WordPress Developer in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States, in the tech industry. As a WordPress Developer, you will be involved in various aspects of backend development, bug tracking, and cross-platform operations, among others.

Responsibilities:
• Accurate development and maintenance of WordPress Gutenberg Blocks.
• Engage in backend development processes to enhance user experience.
• Employ Atlassian Jira for effective project management.
• Conduct AB Testing to ensure the functionality of different aspects of the website.
• Work with Agile Scrum methodologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Utilize Ajax for creating asynchronous web applications.
• Apply client-side scripting to create interactive user experiences.
• Develop APIs to allow communication between different software components.
• Implement CSS to enhance the appearance of the website.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the development process.• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira for effective project management and issue tracking
• Solid experience in Backend Development, with a focus on creating efficient and reliable WordPress plugins
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently track and resolve bugs, ensuring optimal website performance
• Expertise in Client Side Scripting to enhance user interaction and website functionality
• Familiarity with Cross-Platform development for seamless integration across multiple devices and platforms
• Experience in AB Testing to optimize website design and improve user experience
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies for efficient project management and team collaboration
• Proficiency in Ajax for creating asynchronous web applications
• Experience in API Development, specifically for integrating third-party services with WordPress
• Strong understanding of CSS for creating visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts.
