The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the drive to succeed.
What We Do:
We offer a unique type of life insurance called living benefit life insurance, which allows clients to access their death benefit while they're still alive. It's one of the industry's best-kept secrets, and it practically sells itself! Our agents distribute this innovative product within their communities, using a variety of highly qualified, direct mail leads—no cold calling required. We work exclusively with top-rated carriers like Mutual of Omaha, TransAmerica, and Forester's Financial, which puts us in a uniquely competitive position. This gives our agents the advantage of offering great products at affordable prices, without having to be pushy.
Compensation:
On average, agents receive $500 in advanced commission per sale, with total commissions averaging $700 per sale.
Part-time agents (working 12-15 hours per week) can earn around $50,000 per year.
Full-time agents (working 30-35 hours per week) typically earn $100,000 to $250,000 per year.
All commissions are directly deposited into your bank account by the insurance carriers.
Training and Support:
You'll receive training from seasoned professionals like Randy Montrose, a retired US Navy veteran who brings discipline and a strong work ethic to his teaching, and Nick Theodore, a decade-long industry expert who has helped hundreds of agents start strong and achieve six-figure incomes. Qualifications:
Must have, or be willing to obtain, a life insurance license.
