Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Logistics Assistant Manager to lead and support various facets of our production and logistics operations. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient execution of our manufacturing processes, from production planning and inventory management to delivery coordination and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, analytical capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive operational excellence and meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze production capacity and forecasted demand to identify constraints and potential bottlenecks
  • Develop annual, monthly, and daily production plans based on customer orders and forecast data
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between production goals and capacity
  • Monitor equipment downtime and coordinate maintenance to minimize production disruptions
  • Record and track daily production performance in the ERP system
  • Facilitate the timely closing of manufacturing orders and ensure record accuracy
  • Register and maintain production data in alignment with the Production Operation Plan (POP)
  • Manage inventory and warehousing of out-of-pocket products, ensuring proper storage and control
  • Monitor daily inventory levels, report discrepancies, and conduct monthly inventory reconciliation (pay-off)
  • Oversee procurement and inventory control of KD (Knock-Down) imported parts and materials
  • Prepare shipping instructions and oversee the full delivery process
  • Track the scheduling and delivery performance of After Service (A/S) parts
  • Ensure that shipping and receiving activities are aligned with customer and production requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
  • Proven ability to lead production planning and logistics functions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Korean language proficiency is required
