Join Our Team as an Auditor at Great Southern Restaurants! (Pensacola)

Compensation: $17 - $19/hr (Depending on Experience)
Hours: 32-40 hrs/week | Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday, 8am - 4pm

What You'll Do:

As our Auditor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Audit Daily Revenues across multiple locations, ensuring every transaction adds up.
• Count Cash & Reconcile Server Sales —ensuring all sales are properly accounted for and payouts are accurate.
• Prepare Reports & Spreadsheets using Excel, keeping things neat, clear, and accurate for payroll and bookkeeping.
• Communicate with the Controller about any discrepancies or unexplained variances.
• Additional Tasks as assigned, all within a supportive and team-oriented environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Accuracy is Key: A strong eye for detail and a desire to get it right every time.
• Previous Experience: Audit experience is a plus, but we’re also open to those eager to learn!
• Weekend Availability: You must be available to work Saturdays & Sundays .
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation is a must.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and walk up/down stairs as needed.
• Skills: Strong math and computer skills (Excel proficiency required).
• Independence: Ability to work independently while managing your own tasks and responsibilities.
• Problem-Solving: You’re quick on your feet when it comes to resolving discrepancies.
