This contract position provides an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver leave coverage support within a K-12 school setting. Located in Andover, MN, this role focuses on supporting students and staff across various grade levels during a temporary leave period.

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing and monitoring behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes
• Conducting functional behavior assessments and data analysis to guide interventions
• Providing direct consultation and training to school personnel to enhance behavior management strategies
• Ensuring compliance with relevant educational and behavioral standards during the leave coverage period

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Valid BCBA certification with experience working in K-12 educational environments
• Strong skills in behavior analysis, intervention design, and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively over a fixed-term contract
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with multidisciplinary teams

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
