Job Summary: The Dual Rate Casino Services Supervisor assists in the supervision of the slot floor when scheduled. Responsible for monitoring and supervising the daily Casino floor operations on a specific shift for beverage and slots, ensuring that courteous and prompt service is provided by all employees.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Promotes internal and external guest development during an assigned shift, insures excellent service delivery in their area of responsibility, and maintains communication within the slot department and with other departments.
  • Promotes teamwork, encourages employee ideas and feedback and works as an attendant when not scheduled to supervise.
  • Timely and effective resolution of guest complaints.
  • Consistently observe and provide feedback on service standards.
  • Effectively manage their floor and insure excellent guest service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Familiar with Word and Excel, Rumba and SDS preferred.
  • A role model who consistently leads by example.
  • Six to twelve months of slot operations experience, or equivalent supervisory experience.

Physical, Mental, and Environmental Demands:

  • Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items.
  • Must be able to walk and be on feet for long periods of time.
  • Must have a sense of urgency and keep up with fast paced business practices.
  • Must be able to work in stressful situations.
  • Must possess basic math skills.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
