Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Miami & LATAM

We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy, governance, and performance of our Miami headquarters and Latin America operations.

Reporting directly to the Vice President, this executive position requires a dynamic leader with solid accounting expertise, strategic vision, and a hands-on approach to financial planning, ERP management, and project-based financial leadership .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual and multi-year financial planning: budgets, forecasts, and cash flow aligned with corporate strategy.
• Define, monitor, and optimize project cost structures, ensuring profitability and efficiency across LATAM operations.
• Oversee ERP implementation and continuous improvement, ensuring accurate, consolidated reporting.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in the U.S. and LATAM.
• Deliver executive reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses to support decision-making.
• Manage treasury, liquidity, and working capital, anticipating funding needs.
• Coordinate audits, strengthen internal controls, and mitigate financial risks.
• Lead and develop the LATAM finance team, fostering alignment with Miami HQ and promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA/Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience in multinational environments across the U.S. and LATAM.
• Proven success in ERP implementation and management.
• Expertise in project financials, cost structures, and profitability analysis.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
• Experience leading regional and multicultural teams.
