Everworx is growing and is looking for a full time Copier Service Technician to support clients in the greater Denver, CO area. What you will be doing: Driving to different customer locations to represent Everworx and provide amazing customer service to our clients. Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining networked office equipment such as digital networked copiers, scanners, laser printers and color copiers. Partnering with other service technicians to ensure all client needs are met. Documenting all work done and maintaining logs of problem resolutions for future use. About You: You have 3+ years of experience providing outstanding technical customer support. You have excellent working knowledge of technical concepts such as PC hardware, driver install, networking, scan to folder/email, SMTP servers. You are very organized, an excellent communicator (written and verbal) and have strong time management skills with the ability to think outside of the box to resolve customer issues. You have a valid State driver’s license and a clean driving record. You are able to lift 50 lbs without assistance or 75+ lbs as a team (two or more people).
