We are looking to grow our team with a driven, detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Estimator . This role blends sales, estimating, and marketing responsibilities, with a focus on delivering excellent service to homeowners while expanding our company’s presence in the market.

This is a part-time position (20–30 hours/week) with flexible scheduling and the potential to grow into a full-time role. Hours will be discussed during the interview to ensure a good fit for both parties.

Sales & Estimating Responsibilities

• Make initial contact with clients through company-generated appointments and build rapport.
• Accurately uncover and assess customers’ needs and vision for their indoor and outdoor spaces.
• Measure outdoor spaces and design personalized solutions using company technology platforms.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues, provide solution options, and generate accurate job proposals.
• Estimate repairs and construction projects, ensuring detailed and competitive quotes.
• Close sales with customers in-home while maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Work closely with the construction department to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain and grow a personal pipeline of self-generated leads alongside company-provided leads.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the construction industry.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements.
• Provide insights on pricing strategies and competitor trends.
• Willing to cold call and talk to people in neighborhoods near job sites to generate new business.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s online presence across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Tik Tok.
• Create engaging content for social media.
• Develop campaigns that highlight the company’s services, success stories, and customer value.

Pay & Training

• Training: $20/hour during training period.
• Compensation after training: $20/hour plus commission (higher commission on self-generated leads).
• Opportunity to significantly increase earnings through performance and lead generation.

Experience & Skills

• Must be great with people and have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Experience in construction or home improvement highly desirable but not required.
• Background in estimating, project management, or construction management is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Comfortable using Quickbooks Online for estimating.

Requirements

• Remote and onsite: reporting into branch location, field work in assigned sales territory and stopping by job sites.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to cold call and talk with neighbors near active job sites.
• Strong people skills and excellent communication are essential.
• Two territories available: North East OC / Corona and West/Central Orange County (further details will be discussed during interviewing).
