Job Title : Data Quality Analyst

Location: San Antonio, TX

Type: Full Time

We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to support healthcare projects through data collection, analysis, and performance monitoring.

Position Summary

• Collect, manage, and synthesize data to support departmental projects within a collaborative team environment.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics (operational, clinical, and administrative) to strengthen program outreach and sustainability.
• Identify and track quality improvement opportunities and assist in developing metrics and data collection tools.
• Prepare and present data through oral, visual, and written formats for stakeholders.
• Perform quantitative data analysis, manage databases, and conduct statistical analysis using clinical and administrative data sources.
• Support process improvement initiatives and may lead facilitation efforts.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MS, MA, MPH) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with healthcare data and information.
• Experience in qualitative research, statistical analysis, and preparing quality improvement reports preferred.
