Responsibilities Receive inbound texts, emails, and calls Collect and document information from clients Transmit information to the appropriate person or department Utilize technology to best understand, prepare, and deliver equipment in an optimal fashion Example: Using Google Earth to assess a drop site for sizing and delivery approach Create, process, and exchange paperwork appropriate to the role Qualifications High school diploma/GED Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar position Excellent typing and data entry skills Understanding of best practices and procedures for emergency response situations Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects Ability to work well under pressure A1 Roofing & Construction LLC
