Job Description

Major multi-state law firm seeks a Document Review Staff Attorney for a limited remote special project role with its Boca, Raton team.
Candidate will have the following: 3+ years of document review experience / intense Relativity experience ; Relativity fluency is required ; Keen ability to analyze information and use logic to assess relevancy, risk, privilege and/or confidentiality based on a multitude of factors.

Stellar academic credentials ; Strong research, verbal & written communication skills, and analytic skills required ; Florida Bar.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Evaluating analyzing, coding, classifying large volumes of documents and other electronically stored information for matters in connection with discovery, investigation and/or due diligence processes.

-Updating discovery/investigation/due diligence templates, forms and checklists.


-Preparing privilege/redaction logs.

-Coordinating with attorneys, clients, litigation support professionals and legal process outsourcers on all facets of the EDRM (electronic discovery reference model).

-Evaluating and applying privilege and/or redaction and/or confidentiality designations to documents and other electronically stored information.

-Productively communicating and driving projects forward with attorneys, clients, litigation support professionals and legal process outsourcers.

-Conducting legal research, drafting legal memos and helping prepare for depositions, examinations and/or closings.

-Summarizing and/or charting information gleaned from document review.

-Aiding with additional tasks as required.
