We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

This intermediate-level role focuses on driving sales growth, enhancing brand awareness, and managing the online presence of our medical products across multiple ecommerce platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Uploading and updating product listings on Amazon, TikTok shop and Shopify
• Creating ads, email campaigns, and social media content
• Data driven forecasting, inventory planning and performance reporting
• Communicating and responding to customer phone calls and emails
• Processing customer claims, including shipping replacements or new products as needed
• Collaborating with Korea HQ teams on product management and related initiatives
• Tracking and analyzing competing products for benchmarking, and providing insights to management
• Overseeing 3PL partners for logistics and inventory status
• Monitoring and reporting FDA product claim updates to management

Requirements:

• 5+years of relevant experience
• Experience with product listings and management on Amazon, TikTok and Shopify is a must
• Experience with creating email campaigns, ads, and social media content
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the medical equipment industry is a plus
• Bilingual fluency in Korean and English is preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
