Position Overview

The Estate Manager will be responsible for establishing and overseeing all household operations for a newly constructed, high-end private residence in Miami, Florida. This is a unique opportunity to open and manage a secondary family home that will serve as a vacation property for the principals and their guests. The Estate Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and discreet running of this luxury residence.

Primary Responsibilities

- Establish and oversee all aspects of household operations for the newly completed luxury residence

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of household staff as needed, including housekeepers, groundskeepers, security personnel, and other support roles

- Coordinate and oversee all maintenance, vendors, and service providers for the property

- Manage property security protocols and systems to ensure the safety and privacy of the home and its occupants

- Plan and execute guest arrangements, special events, and other hospitality-related functions

- Implement systems and procedures to enable efficient, organized, and proactive day-to-day management of the household

- Handle administrative duties such as budget management, expense reporting, and inventory control

- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between the principals and the property

Qualifications and Skills

- Proven track record as an Estate Manager for high-net-worth families and luxury residences

- Exceptional staff recruitment, training, and management capabilities

- Outstanding organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on discretion and professionalism

- Experience in opening and establishing new luxury residences is highly preferred

- Comprehensive knowledge of Miami-area service providers, vendors, and resources

- Comfort working both independently and in close collaboration with the principals

- Willingness to be on-call and responsive to the needs of the home and its occupants

Reporting Structure

This position will report directly to the principals or their designated representative.
