Title: Facilities Supervisor

Location: Fort Collins, CO (Onsite)

Direct Hire: Full-time Opportunity

Pay Rate: $33 – $50/hour (Depending on Experience)

About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Facilities Supervisor to oversee and support the daily operations of our client’s facilities team. This is a hands-on leadership role managing approximately 20 direct reports across a large facility. The ideal candidate is a seasoned facilities professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience leading teams in high-volume, large-scale settings such as healthcare systems, research campuses, or hospitality environments.

Must Haves:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in facilities operations and maintenance.
  • Prior experience supervising teams (ideally 10+ reports).
  • Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to urgent issues in real-time.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Trade school or associate’s degree in a relevant field (electrical, HVAC, mechanical systems, etc.).
  • Prior experience working within a healthcare system, large hospitality venue, university campus, or research facility.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other workplace safety standards.
