Job Description
The position is responsible for the daily front gym check in desk operations. Candidates must be able to demonstrate effective decision-making and critical thinking skills to ensure the best customer service and safety for patrons. Individuals must be assertively friendly and have a working knowledge about facilities and services provided to members and must take price in the quality of their work by demonstrating effective communication and initiative. Individuals must also be able to work with diverse populations and demonstrate cultural competence while representing CLCCA. Collaboration and ability to work with others is required for success in this position.
Preferred Qualifications: Customer service experience, cash handling experience, security experience, CPR/First Aid Certified or the ability to get certified within 30 days of employment.
Duties:
This position is mainly for weekend shifts, Friday-Sunday but employee may be assigned to work any of the following shifts. Hours could vary between 10-25 hours per week based on gym or room rentals.
Shifts:
(M-F) Weekday Shifts: Morning, 5:30am-1:30pm. Evenings: 1:30pm-9:30pm.
Saturdays; 7:45am-3pm & 3-10pm;
Sundays 11:30-7pm.
Must have reliable transportation and be dependable. Must live within 10 miles of the facility located in 77062 zip code.
