Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient material handling processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Poughkeepsie, NY
Pay Range: $19 per hour
What's the Job?
Perform a combination of tasks including receiving, filling, shipping, and inspecting orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Efficiently and safely load, unload, and convey materials.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
Willingness to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with rotating Saturdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
