Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Front-End Web Developer with strong experience in React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging user interfaces, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React and Next.js.
Utilize Tailwind CSS to create modern and efficient UI components.
Optimize front-end performance for speed and scalability.
Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration.
Implement best practices for code quality, accessibility, and responsiveness.
Debug and troubleshoot issues across multiple browsers and devices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and trends.
Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
Proficiency in React and Next.js.
Strong understanding of Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern web development workflows.
Knowledge of performance optimization and SEO best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with TypeScript.
Experience using CRMs (GHL, HubSpot, SalesForce, etc)
Prior experience in a startup or agile development environment.
