Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the HR Onboarding Coordinator is a trusted business partner who is responsible for the life cycle of the onboarding process, creating a positive experience that reflects our core values. This position also supports candidates through the credentialing process, feeding status and information back to internal business partners. HR Onboarding Coordinator responsibilities include communicating company and credentialing details to new hires after their start date and gathering necessary paperwork.
