Meeting with homeowners to assess their heating and cooling needs
Presenting customized comfort solutions and recommending the best options
Building strong relationships and trust with customers
Managing multiple sales opportunities and maintaining sales margins
Overcoming objections with professionalism and integrity
Utilizing company-provided tools (iPad, CRM) to manage and document sales activity
Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Maintaining a clean, professional image and positive attitude on every job
Proven success in in-home or relationship-based sales
A persuasive, customer-first mindset and consultative approach
Ability to clearly explain technical solutions and value-added benefits
Comfortable working evenings/weekends to meet customer needs
Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly (CRM/iPad usage)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Excellent communication, integrity, and follow-through
Experience in HVAC sales
