As a Sales (Home) Comfort Advisor , your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with homeowners to assess their heating and cooling needs

• Presenting customized comfort solutions and recommending the best options

• Building strong relationships and trust with customers

• Managing multiple sales opportunities and maintaining sales margins

• Overcoming objections with professionalism and integrity

• Utilizing company-provided tools (iPad, CRM) to manage and document sales activity

• Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Maintaining a clean, professional image and positive attitude on every job

• Proven success in in-home or relationship-based sales

• A persuasive, customer-first mindset and consultative approach

• Ability to clearly explain technical solutions and value-added benefits

• Comfortable working evenings/weekends to meet customer needs

• Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly (CRM/iPad usage)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

• Excellent communication, integrity, and follow-through

• Experience in HVAC sales
