As an Allstate Insurance Sales Producer, you will help grow a local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships statewide. Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers

Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources

Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their ever changing needs

Serve your fellow Hoosiers by helping them prepare for lifes uncertainties

Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets

Develop and establish long-lasting customer relationships

Requirements

Who Are We Looking For?

We're interested in driven individuals with a strong business acumen who:

Possess at least 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.

Already possess a property and casualty license.

Excel in communication and interpersonal skills.

Have prior experience in insurance (highly preferred).

Eager to learn new systems and processes
