It is required that the IT Operations Manager have the following certifications: ITIL Foundation or Practitioner v.4 certifications DevSecOps FoundationSM certification from the DevOps Institute Key Responsibilities: Execute strategies and tactics to meet business objectives for growth, profitability, and contract performance. Manage fiscal, personnel, and material resources related to contracted efforts. Review and approve project budgets, plans, and schedules. Meet with clients, vendors, government agencies, etc., to discuss contract changes or present organization views. Manage complex contracts requiring significant management skills. Participate in developing corporate annual operating plans. Follow established policies and conduct activities ethically and legally. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 15 years of experience ITIL Foundation or Practitioner v.4 certification DevSecOps FoundationSM certification from the DevOps Institute Preferred Qualifications: At least 15 years of progressively responsible experience in IT operations or infrastructure Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT discipline Experience managing large, complex IT environments Proven ability to improve IT operations Strong communication skills Physical Requirements Sitting and standing for long periods Ambulating throughout an office and between buildings About Empower AI All hiring and promotion decisions are merit-based.
