YOUR DAY TO DAY Sugaristas are beauty enthusiasts who love hair removal! Not only will you have the opportunity to sugar in a fast paced and high volume environment, but you'll also be able to connect with clients on a personal level. Our team thrives on efficient multitasking - seamlessly blending sugaring expertise with a few front-of-the house tasks. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a tight-knit family, ensuring an unparalleled experience for our clients.
SUGARISTA RESPONSIBILITIES - Perform sugaring hair removal services including Brazilian + Bikini and more
- Greet + check in/check out clients
- Learn + maintain expert level knowledge of airbrush tanning + sugaring services, memberships, and all S+B products
- Learn + become proficient in Booker (our appointment booking + processing system)
- Perform side tasks including maintaining cleanliness of lobby and sugaring rooms, restocking product and disposables
- Answer client questions surrounding the sugaring process, services offered, and aftercare
- Responding to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services
REQUIREMENTS - You must be licensed for waxing via a Cosmetology or Esthetician license in the state you're applying for (Waxing license acceptable in New York)
- Available for two shifts on either: Friday PM, Saturday, and/or Sunday required
- Sugaring experience is a plus, but not required
- Delivering the best client experience possible
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must! Correct grammar and punctuation when communicating with clients is essential

The pay range for this role is:
18.15 - 45 USD per hour (HTX - Heights Houston)
18.15 - 45 USD per hour (HTX - Uptown Park) Sugared + Bronzed
