Our client, a global investment firm, is looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator to support members of one of their high performing teams. This role will be 5 days onsite at their midtown Manhattan office and is offering a competitive base of up to $130K, discretionary bonus, and excellent benefits. The hours for this position are 9am-6pm with flexibility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Calendar management and scheduling investor roadshow meetings
• Data room management and detailed CRM management and updates
• Maintaining and updating prospective investor lists using Salesforce
• Oversee all event logistics, including the annual investor meeting
• Ad hoc projects and new business initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in event, administrative, or investor relations support
• Bachelors' degree highly preferred
• Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting needs
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Salesforce
