Job Description

Join a winning team at Echo Park and Forest Ridge as our full-time on-site role for a Multi-site Property Manager located in Bloomington, Indiana. The Multi-site Property Manager will oversee operations, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, maintain property standards, and manage budgets for both communities. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating maintenance, handling tenant relations, and implementing marketing strategies to fill vacancies. Day-to-day tasks involve regular site visits, tenant communication, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Property management experience, including budget management and staff supervision
• Strong tenant relations and communication skills
• Knowledge of maintenance coordination and scheduling
• Experience with marketing strategies and vacancy management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
• Proficiency in property management software (RealPage, KnockCRM, KeyTexting, Realync) and Microsoft office applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
