We are looking for a skilled Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a Contract position, ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for creating a productive work environment. The role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks effectively and ensure the office runs efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain appointment schedules for team members.
• Plan and execute internal events, including team-building activities and special celebrations.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are set up for success.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Organize and maintain office supplies, ensuring the workspace is well-stocked and functional.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to support office needs and events.
• Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Monitor and manage budgets for office-related expenses and events.
• Act as a point of contact for office-related matters, fostering a positive work environment.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
• Proven expertise in customer service and the ability to effectively address diverse needs.
• Strong skills in calendar management and scheduling for multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating events of varying sizes.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and supporting new hires in acclimating to the workplace.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in office software and tools to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
