Painter
Bethlehem, PA

Position: Full-Time (Mon-Fri)

Compensation: $25 to $30/hr based on work experience

Responsibilities :
- Measure areas to be painted; determine quantity and type of paint needed.
- Identify and order appropriate paint colors and finishes, mixing if needed.
- Prepare surfaces to be painted, including removing prior finishes.
- Mask, remove, cover, or protect furniture, hardware, trim, and other non-painted surfaces.
- Assist with carpentry tasks (installing/repairing trim, windows, doors).
- Assist with installing/repairing decks and patios.
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed.
- Repair and finish drywall surfaces.
- Assist in installing and assembling furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Perform routine maintenance on assigned homes.

Qualifications:
- Own tools of the trade (specialty tools provided).
- Previous experience in a similar role or willingness to learn.
- Willingness to take direction and learn from experienced professionals.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and painting.
- Adequate balance and ability to climb ladders and scaffolding.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Ability to distinguish among colors.
