Be Amazing is looking for a full-time Partnership Specialist to help us grow on TikTok.

We’re a fun, young, and hungry team behind a great brand that not only offers the best products in the industry but also has a profound purpose. We are seeking someone truly passionate about social media, where your skills are constantly sharpened, and new ideas are continuously tested.

The Be Amazing story begins with our founder, Mike Yewdell’s battle with cancer back in 2017. The chemotherapy that saved his life was B.E.A.M., and that is how the name Be Amazing came about.

Before reading about this role, please note: we need a truly hard worker who is relentless in reaching their goals and can face a ton of challenges. This role is no walk in the park and will require extra effort. To save us both time, we want to make sure you are committed.

What (the position is): 

Be Amazing has one of the fastest growing TikTok Shops and the #1 vegan protein on the platform. Your role and efforts will revolve around TikTok Shop 

• Recruitment - are you able to find passionate creators that will push this brand forward?
• Community Management - how can you make our community better and inspire people to do more?
• Content Creation - are you okay with being on camera?
• Content Management - are you organized?

Where (we are):

Nashville, Tennessee - we want you in the office as we believe the best collaboration and growth comes from this. If remote, you will have to be okay with coming to Nashville every 6-8 weeks.

The Qualifications:

• At least 1 year using the TikTok Shop Platform (it will be our first set of questions)
• 1-4 years of professional social media experience
• Understanding of influencer marketing, creator recruiting, and content creation. (Experience is a plus)
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Creativity is a must!
• Passion for health and fitness, Be Amazing’s mission, and the products/services we are providing
• Strong balance of confidence and humility.

Salary & Perks: 

• Strong Base Salary of $55k+ with an incredible bonus structure (up to $30k+)
