Personal Injury Defense Attorney – Dallas, TX

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Defense Attorney to join a highly respected and well-established law firm based in Dallas, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work in a supportive and collaborative environment with plenty of active cases to take on from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a broad range of personal injury defense cases from inception through resolution.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and support staff to ensure high-quality client service.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, providing guidance throughout the legal process.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in Texas.
• 3+ years of personal injury defense litigation experience .
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
