Job Summary
As a Pre-Kindergarten teacher at Prime Time Children's Center, youll help care for children, encourage them and prepare them for school. Youll provide a safe and loving environment that nurtures the social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development of each child.

Responsibilities

• Follow curriculum and lesson plans that are balanced and appropriate to development levels
• Document learning experience through displays, observations and assessments
• Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families on a daily basis
• Maintains a safe, comforting and stimulating environment
• Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing & accreditation standards
• Friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Must be flexible, motivated, love children and eager to learn
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Energetic, nurturing, positive, child-friendly personality
• Shows initiative; strong work ethic
• 45 hour course in Curriculum/ 45 hour course in Child Development
