Job Overview: As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving our projects to ensure deadlines are met, clients are satisfied, and team members are managed effectively. This is a part-time, remote role structured as a
W2 position , with a strong possibility of growing into full-time after a 30-day evaluation period. You will be working with tools like Asana, Zoom, Slack, Zapier, and PandaDoc, so familiarity with these platforms is essential.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate and communicate with team members to drive accountability and progress.
- Create and optimize SOPs and systems for improved efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients and teams, facilitating meetings via Zoom.
- Independently problem-solve and make impactful decisions with minimal supervision.
- Use project management tools like Asana to track deliverables and deadlines.
- Set up automations and workflows using Zapier.
- Manage contracts and documents using PandaDoc.
Requirements: - Proven experience in project management.
- Strong proficiency in Asana, Zoom, Slack, Zapier, and PandaDoc.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to create and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Comfortable working independently and making things happen with little guidance.
- Must have solid, reliable internet and be based in the US.
- Availability during regular US business hours.
