Quality Assurance

Now Hiring Assurance Technicians in Lebanon, Indiana

2nd shift Monday to Friday 2:30PM-11:00PM

1. Read engineering drawings, other work and specification documents and understand what they are reading.
2. Work from a laptop with ease moving thru the file system and Microsoft Office 365 on all platforms most importantly including Access, Outlook, and Word
3. Communicate in Teams and business emails NOT phone text slang.
4. Use a digital camera and take clear photos, upload and edit photos
5. Use hand tools, (drills, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.)
6. Count and understand numbers without mixing up order Accuracy is paramount.
7. Work with chemicals and microscopic testing.
8. Use a hoist to help lift heavy parts and be safety minded when rigging the parts to lift them. Since they must use the engineering drawing to get the correct lifting device, it is imperative that they know how to read prints to avoid severe injury or possibility of fatality.

Job Requirements:

• Resume, required
• High School Diploma, or GED
• at least year experience in Quality Assurance
• at least year experience in Blueprint reading
• Knowledge and experience in computer controlled operations
• Training will be in Lafayette, new site opens in Lebanon Mid October 2025- must be willing to travel

Base Pay: 21.00 per HOUR
