Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage QC team in inspection, testing, and adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality management system standards.
• Analyze data, address non-conformances, and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management and leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality control principles.
• Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational improvement methods.
