Job Summary:

• Job Title: Recruiter
• Location: Irving, TX 75038
• Vacancy Type: Contract (FTC) – 6 months possibility for extension
• Shift: Hybrid: 3 days per week in office, required working hours flexible between 7 am-7 pm
• Pay rate: $30.83 - 36.27/Hour on W2 | W/O Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

Manage full cycle recruiting of Retail Mortgage Loan Originators to include strategic sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates (cold calling included); partner with hiring leaders to understand key markets and hiring needs – support leaders with all recruiting related requests.

Job Description:
- Responsible for supporting business objectives through proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for positions, with limited assistance from outside agencies.
- Identifies candidates using a variety of sources and techniques while knowing the best channels to find and reach candidates in diverse talent pools.
- Drives recruiting process in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Demonstrates a proven commitment to provide a diverse talent pool, a positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate.
- MS Office Experience required

- Systems: Phenom and Workday
- Basic knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong project management skills
- Basic marketing and recruitment network skills
- Ability to review and understand data, trends and metrics
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems
