Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality telephone triage health advice to patients and caregivers.
Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of care.
Offer triage services during after-hours, ensuring that patients receive the same standard of care they would expect from their primary provider.
Qualifications:

At least 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in emergency department (ED), call center, or triage settings within a healthcare office.
Strong multi-tasking abilities and excellent computer skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires quick thinking and decision-making.
Compact RN licenses are encouraged, and additional state licenses may be required.
