Salesforce Administrator - Burlington County, NJ

Mason Frank International is partnered with a rapidly growing company headquartered in Burlington County, New Jersey. As the company continues to scale, they are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage and enhance their recently launched Salesforce environment. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a new implementation and shape how the organization leverages Salesforce across departments like Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT.

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration

• Manage and support day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform.
• Set up and maintain users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and data access configurations.
• Configure and update custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and record types.

Workflow & Process Optimization

• Design and implement scalable flows and automations to improve internal operations.
• Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into functional Salesforce solutions.
• Recommend platform enhancements to increase usability and efficiency.

Data Quality & Governance

• Maintain clean and accurate data through regular audits, deduplication, and validation practices.
• Assist with data imports, migration, and cleanup efforts as needed.
• Support data governance strategies to ensure consistency and compliance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as a key liaison across departments for Salesforce-related initiatives.
• Prioritize and manage incoming platform requests and enhancements.
• Work with stakeholders to define scope, gather feedback, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Training & Documentation

• Provide ongoing support and training to end users to promote adoption and best practices.
• Create and maintain internal documentation on platform configuration and usage guidelines.

System Maintenance & Security

• Monitor system performance and stay up to date on new Salesforce releases and features.
• Oversee user access, data security, and permission structures in alignment with company policies.
• Ensure system remains compliant with internal and external standards.

Requirements:

• Salesforce Administrator Certification required; additional certifications such as Advanced Admin a plus.
• Several years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Proficient in Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder, and validation rules.
• Experience working with Salesforce integrations and AppExchange tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is helpful but not required.

Additional Information:

• On-site in office role 5 days a week - Based in Burlington County, NJ
