Job Responsibilities
• Install, repair, prep, and finish a variety of flooring and tile products
• Work with materials including sheet vinyl, epoxy, hardwood, carpet, vinyl/LVT/LVP, and tile
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation
• Apply adhesives, grout, coatings, and finishes
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Troubleshoot installation issues
• Work professionally with team members
Requirements
• Experience in any flooring specialty (commercial or residential)
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to use flooring and tile installation tools
• Understanding of jobsite safety practices
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full shifts on your feet
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
