Summary

We’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our organic social presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. You’ll manage content planning, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking, while working closely with content creators, paid media, and creative teams to drive engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organic social strategy aligned with brand and product goals.
• Manage content calendars, publishing, and community moderation.
• Provide creative direction for social content and campaigns.
• Partner with paid media to align organic and paid efforts.
• Track trends, analyze performance, and report on key metrics.
• Maintain brand voice, tone, and channel guidelines.

Success Metrics

• Engagement rate, average watch time (video) and view-through on TikTok/YouTube.
• Increased organic reach and share of voice vs. competitors.
• Improved community sentiment.
• Percentage of content performing above baseline.

• 3+ years managing organic social for consumer brands.
• Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and analytics tools.
• Experience writing creative briefs and collaborating with content teams.
• Copywriting skills and attention to detai.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
