Position: Speech Language Pathology Assistant Boston Speech Therapy, a woman and speech therapist-owned organization, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist and assist in providing therapeutic services to individuals with communication disorders. This position is for PreK- 5th grade caseload! 35-37 hours per week. Responsibilities: Support the Speech Language Pathologist in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans. Implement and carry out therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs. Monitor and document progress of clients during therapy sessions and report findings to the supervising SLP. Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively with students,families, and educators. Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Requirements Requirements: Current state certification or licensure as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
