The Superhuman suite of apps and agents brings AI wherever people work, integrating with over 1 million applications and websites. Learn more at superhuman.com and about our values here.

BUILD LOVE

At Superhuman, we have a deep understanding of how to build products that people love. We incorporate fun and play, infusing magic and joy to create experiences that amaze and delight. It all starts with the right team a team that deeply cares about values, customers, and each other.

CREATE MASSIVE IMPACT

Were not solving a small problem, nor are we addressing a small market. Were reshaping the fundamentals of how people work. Were combining premium product craft with enterprise-scale capabilities to rethink how individuals and teams should fundamentally collaborate. We are building a household brand and a worldwide organization. We are here to do our best work, and we hope you are too.

ROLE

Outcome #1: Own our product strategy, in partnership with our CEO, to extend our product-market fit and grow even faster than before. [build the right thing]

  • Frame key strategy questions, decide an approach, and build a roadmap that will drive our overall product strategy. These questions include:
  • Define our team and enterprise products what do they do, who are they for, and how are they positioned.
  • Define the balance between single-player and multiplayer
  • Define the balance between SMB, mid-market, and enterprise.
  • Define the balance between solution deepening and marketing widening.
  • Continue to improve our core product through customer discovery, domain expertise, user feedback, and analytics.

Outcome #2: Champion our core values and our product philosophy. [build it right]

  • The point of Superhuman is not just to grow as fast as possible. We are also here to build the most delightful and remarkable experiences that we can. We could stop any product project at 80% without obvious impact on near-term business metrics. But if we had done so to date, Superhuman would not be a beloved product. It would be like every other email app, and we would not be where we are today.
  • The Head of Product should push for this extra mile, and do the 20% that other companies would not do because it does not affect short-term outcome. This is key to our brand, and builds our product moat.

Outcome #3: Execute our product strategy in partnership with our Head of Engineering and Head of Design[build it fast]

  • Build and iterate a detailed roadmap in partnership with our Head of Engineering and Head of Design.
  • Lead execution by managing scope, user experience, and timeline in partnership with our Head of Engineering and Head of Design.

Outcome #4: Build and lead a high-performing product organization. [run the team]

  • Recruit, retain, and develop a diverse and AI-fluent team.
  • Lead with coaching, prioritization, and clear communication, modeling both AI mastery and Superhuman values.
  • Make AI a daily habit across planning, execution, and review processes.
  • Redesign top workflows with AI at the core, rapidly prototyping and iterating to drive customer impact.
  • Set and track standards for AI fluency as a core hiring and performance expectation.
  • Earn the right to scale the team by first maximizing what AI unlocks, hiring only when human creativity, judgment, or connection is truly essential.
  • Share and celebrate AI best practices, wins, and customer impact stories across the team and company.

SOUND LIKE YOU?

Accomplishments

  • 12+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years of experience leading product teams
  • A track record of delivering products that set a very high bar for user experience
  • Experience working as a product leader on a product that is critical to the success of the company

Competencies

  • Extreme Ownership: You act as if you are 100% responsible for your own outcomes as well as the outcomes of the company. You do this without stepping on toes.
  • Results Driven: You work tirelessly in pursuit of your results; you quickly take the initiative and own when results are off; you course correct and get scrappy if necessary.
  • AI-First Operator: You embed AI into daily workflows, rituals, and decision-making. You model fluency, curiosity, and visible use of AI to raise the bar for speed, quality, and customer impact.
  • Customer-Centered Innovator: You redesign experiences to create AI-native magic delighting customers through faster, smarter, and more effective workflows that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Detail-Oriented: You know the numbers and metrics about your business immediately and in great detail. You rarely have to ask your team.
  • Low Ego: You put the company ahead of yourself. Most of our discussions are about results and how to amplify success.
  • Async Communicator: You are highly proficient in written communication and comfortable with long documents. You can write accurately and precisely.
